General

the program, rewards, privileges and terms & conditions may be changed, withdrawn or terminated at any time to members without prior notice at the discretion of the shu uemura brand under L'Oreal Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

Eligibility

the program is only open to all individual residents of Malaysia with a valid NRIC and shall be of the age of 18 years and above.

all applications are subjected to proof of a minimum purchase of RM1 worth of products and services at any shu uemura boutiques/kiosks/counter. membership is registered with your I/C number.

Membership Points & Tiers Expiry

membership tiers will be refreshed according to the accumulated spending of the member in the pass 12 months from first tier join date.

membership points will expire from 12 months from the member's first transaction, and points extension is not allowed.

membership points & privileges are non-transferable and may only be used by the member for purpose outlined in the program.

members with a 12 months accumulated spending of RM 1 – RM 399 from first transaction date will be entitled to join Nishiki Bronze tier.

members with a 12 months accumulated spending of RM 400 – RM 1,499 from their latest tier refresh date will be entitled to join Tokyo Night Silver tier.

members with a 12 months accumulated spending of more than RM 1,500 from their latest tier refresh date will be entitled to join Makie Gold tier.

Points Mechanics/Accumulation

NRIC is required to be presented at the point of purchase for points accumulation.

points acceleration (Eg, RM 1 = 1.2 points for silver member) is awarded according to the tier of the member upon upgrade.

members will earn points acceleration according to tiers:

  • bronze member : RM 1 = 1 point
  • silver member : RM 1 = 1.2 point
  • gold member : RM 1 = 1.3 point

points earned for paid makeup / brow services are:

  • bronze member : RM 1 = 1 point
  • silver member : RM 1 = 1.2 point
  • gold member : RM 1 = 1.3 point

Welcome Gift & Birthday Gift

all welcome gifts, birthday gifts are only awarded to customers or members that either upgrades to the new tier or joins silver/ gold tier for the first time.

all welcome gifts, birthday gifts are subject to change according to availability and the management reserves the rights to change the gifts from time to time without prior notification.

Product & Voucher Redemption

members may use points collected to redeem for the relevant rewards (“Rewards”). The Rewards may be limited in supply and they will be rewarded on a first come first serve basis.

once a request for an e-voucher/ product redemption has been submitted, the request may not be changed and points deducted will not be reversed.

an automated SMS will be sent to you upon redemption. this SMS is to be used as the redemption proof.

upon redemption of the e-voucher, members will have a validity of one month to use before it expires, there will be no extension allowed once voucher has expired.

not valid with promotions and other shu uemura vouchers. not valid for services. subjected to changes at the brand’s discretion.

vouchers can only be used if the min. top up amount to the purchase is RM 1.

RM50 vouchers, 10% birthday discount and product redemption are not accepted at robinsons the gardens.

product redemption will take 3 months for processing, an SMS will be blasted to notify the member once the item is ready for collection at the selected boutique.

the company reserves the right to replace the Rewards with another product of similar value in the event of unavailability without prior notice to the Members.

Limitation of Liability

the member’s participation in the Programme shall be at the Member’s own risk.

the company, its, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives shall not be liable to any Member in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the Member arising out of or in connection with the participation by the Member in this Programme, as well as the redemption and/or utilisation of any Reward.

the terms and conditions of the programme shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance the laws of Malaysia and any disputes arising thereof shall be mutually resolved, failing which, shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
